Meet the Chefs
Chef Ikhwan

Chef Ikhwan is a highly accomplished and versatile culinary professional.
As a former member of the Malaysia National Culinary Olympic Team, he contributed to winning a Silver medal at the prestigious 2024 IKA Culinary Olympics. His talent was also recognized with a Gold medal at the 2022 FHA Culinary Challenge.
Currently, Chef Ikhwan serves as the Chef-Patron of Daun & Co., a private dining concept, and holds the position of sous chef at Hotel Renaissance, Kuala Lumpur.
PCA Malaysia National Culinary Team

The PCA Malaysia National Culinary Team, a distinguished group of culinary professionals.
The team is led by Chef Khairul of Taylor's University as the Team Manager, and Chef Firdaus of Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur as the Team Captain. The team also includes Chef Marissa Nazri from Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, Qatrun Nada Rosli from Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Mohamad Fauzan Martin from APCA Malaysia, Syed Muhammad Daniel Syed Abdullah from Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Tan Shong Yee from MIB College, and Massyitta Omar, Stephanie Teoh, and Aaron Tang from Taylor's University.
The team has recently achieved a silver medal at the FHA - National Team Challenge 2025.
