Application Process
  1. Register to be a Buyer here. Registration closes by latest 11 July 2025.
  2. Once submitted, our dedicated Buyer Secretariat will guide you through every step of the process, from qualification to meeting scheduling and post-event follow-up.
  3. Applicants may refer to the Google Registration Form for comprehensive details on the benefits and commitments of participating as a Buyer. Buyers who fulfil the agreed-upon meeting and participation requirements during MIFB 2025 will receive airfare reimbursement based on eligibility and the pre-approved subsidy amount. Full details on requirements and reimbursement procedures will be communicated in detail by the Buyer Secretariat.
  4. All applicants of the Buyer Programme are subject to screening and final approval by the Organiser.
  5. After confirming your status as a Buyer, we will support you to get connected with the most relevant exhibitors, helping you build valuable relationships and maximise your ROI at MIFB 2026, through a combination of our AI-powered business matching event app and personalised assistance.
Eligibility Criteria

MIFB Buyer Programme is open to qualified trade visitors and buyers who play an active role in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within the F&B industry. To qualify, applicants must:

  1. Be a decision-maker or key procurement influencer
  2. Represent a company with defined sourcing needs aligned with MIFB exhibitors
  3. Represent an active business in the food and beverage industry in Malaysia or international markets
  4. Commit to a minimum number of pre-arranged meetings during the show
  5. Represent a company with a monthly procurement range:
      1. Range A: MYR 50K - 100K
      2. Range B: MYR 100K - 500K
      3. Range C: Over MYR 500K
  6. Actively working at companies involved in the following areas:
      1. F&B Manufacturers
      2. Retailers
      3. Hypermarkets and Supermarkets
      4. Convenience Stores
      5. HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers)
      6. Distributors
      7. Importers
      8. Other businesses within or supporting the F&B supply chain
  7. Have a clear sourcing goal - whether to explore new suppliers, purchase products, or identify technologies and services at MIFB 2026
  8. Submit a complete application and qualified by the Organiser
